La clase Constructor<T> representa un único constructor de una clase. Le permite descubrir constructores en tiempo de ejecución, inspeccionar sus parámetros y excepciones y, lo más importante, crear nuevas instancias incluso cuando no conoce el tipo en tiempo de compilación. Los marcos de inyección de dependencia se basan en esto para crear instancias de beans.
