La condición es un objeto asociado con ReentrantLock, el equivalente de bloqueo explícito de esperar/notificar. Un bloqueo puede tener múltiples condiciones, lo que permite separar los subprocesos en espera por significado: algunos esperan a que se abra espacio, otros esperan a que aparezcan datos.
