esperar () y notificar () son el mecanismo para coordinar subprocesos a través de condiciones. wait() libera el monitor y suspende el hilo hasta que llega una señal. notify() despierta un hilo en espera. notifyAll() los despierta a todos. Los tres deben llamarse dentro de un bloque sincronizado.
