Kotlin tiene los tipos numéricos, lógicos y de texto habituales. En la JVM, los números se asignan a las primitivas de Java cuando sea posible (Int → int) para evitar la sobrecarga del boxeo. A diferencia de Java, no utiliza nombres de tipos primitivos con minúsculas en el código fuente: escribe Int, Double, Boolean en todas partes.
