Los procesos se comunican con señales. SIGTERM (15) pide cortésmente el cierre; SIGKILL (9) no se puede detectar ni ignorar; utilícelo solo cuando un proceso ignore SIGTERM. Kill tiene un nombre incorrecto: envía señales, por defecto SIGTERM. nice y renice ajustan la prioridad de programación (mayor nice = menor preferencia de CPU).
