La media aritmética de varios números es el número que se obtiene mediante: 1) sumando todos los valores; 2) dividir la suma por cuántos valores hay. Fórmula:xˉ=x1+x2+⋯+xnn\bar{x}=\frac{x_1+x_2+\dots+x_n}{n}. Significado: un valor de “nivel” con el que podría reemplazar el conjunto sin cambiar la suma total.
Primero la suma, luego dividir por la cuenta.
La media no tiene por qué ser uno de los números originales.
Verifique: media × recuento = suma original
