Si l'inconnu est un addition, soustrayez l'addition connue de la somme. Si l'inconnu est le minuend, ajoutez le sous-trahend à la différence. Si l'inconnue est la soustrahend, soustrayez la différence de la fin du menu.
x+3=7 → x=7−3=4
10−x=4 → x=10−4=6
x−5=2 → x=2+5=7
