Position of adjectives in the sentence

In Russian and many European languages the adjective usually comes before the noun (red car). In Thai it comes strictly after: รถแดง (rót daeng) “red car.” This holds in attributive and predicative roles with almost no exceptions in standard speech. Mastering postposition is a core early skill for natural phrasing.
