Arena and MemorySegment
MemorySegment is a bounded, typed view of a contiguous block of memory — on the Java heap, off-heap (native), or mapped from a file. Arena controls when that memory is alive and when it is freed. Together they provide memory safety guarantees similar to Rust's ownership model, preventing use-after-free and out-of-bounds access.
