Queues and Stacks. ArrayDeque and PriorityQueue

A Queue is a FIFO (first-in, first-out) data structure. A Stack is LIFO (last-in, first-out). A Deque (Double-Ended Queue) generalises both: insertion and removal are possible at either end, allowing it to act as both a queue and a stack.
