YUM / DNF Package Manager (RHEL/CentOS/Fedora)

Red Hat ecosystem distributions use RPM packages. Fedora and modern RHEL clones default to dnf (successor to yum). yum still exists as a compatibility layer on many systems. Repositories live under /etc/yum.repos.d/ and follow .repo INI files.
