Determining time by clock. Hour, minute

Theory
The clock face has 12 large marks — those are the hours. The small marks between them show minutes. When the minute hand goes all the way around, that is 60 minutes, or 1 hour. To read the time: 1) First look where the hour hand points — that tells the hour. 2) Then look how many minutes the minute hand shows. For example, if the hour hand is near 3 and the minute hand is on the 4th large mark (20 minutes), the time is 3:203{:}20.
