A divisor of a number n is a natural number that divides n without remainder.
A multiple of n is a number of the form n⋅k where k is a natural number.
For example, for 12: divisors are 1,2,3,4,6,12, and multiples are 12,24,36,48,….
Divisors tell you which natural numbers divide n evenly
Multiples come from multiplying n by natural numbers
Every number has infinitely many multiples but finitely many divisors
