Распределительное свойство умножения позволяет умножать сумму на число по частям:

(a+b)\times c=a\times c+b\times c

. Например,

(5+3)\times 4=5\times 4+3\times 4=20+12=32

. Это помогает считать устно и решать задачи.

(a+b)\times c=a\times c+b\times c

Упрощает вычисления

Для разности:

(a-b)\times c=a\times c-b\times c
