DVC: Git для данных и моделей

Git хранит код. Данные — гигабайты CSV, изображений, весов моделей — в Git не положишь. DVC решает это элегантно: файл данных заменяется маленьким `.dvc` файлом-указателем который идёт в Git, а сам файл уходит в remote storage (S3, GCS, Azure, SSH). Checkout в Git → checkout данных через DVC. Воспроизводимость полная: код + данные + пайплайн зафиксированы в одном коммите.
