บันทึก (Java 16+) เป็นวิธีที่กระชับในการประกาศคลาสผู้ให้บริการข้อมูลที่ไม่เปลี่ยนรูป การประกาศบันทึกจะสร้าง Canonical Constructor, Accessor Method, Equals(), hashCode() และ toString() โดยอัตโนมัติ ซึ่งช่วยขจัดรูปแบบสำเร็จรูปจำนวนมหาศาล
